Obviously, our commitment to the environment is key. We do not test our products on animals; all our products are non-toxic, biodegradable and conform to all EC legislation.
Optima are currently active in over thirty countries world wide. Our extensive distribution network exists from Europe through to the Middle East and from Ghana to Hong Kong. Optima’s key strategy in developing export markets lies with its implementation of sales and marketing plans to assist the development of business in a proactive manner. All export markets are supported by dedicated marketing and technical teams.
Currently Optima employ 6 field sales personnel who cover the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland. All orders are dispatched from the Optima distribution centre located in Yorkshire. All orders are received within 24 hours of placement to ensure stock levels are optimised. Both marketing and technical support is available for all customers to assist with business development and any consumer queries.
